This is for those who ordered a downloadable CD and wanted to have a physical copy.  If you purchase this upgrade (shipping and handling cost) you will be sent a physical copy.  Please type your customer ID that was given to you in your receipt of the downloadable product so that we can verify the original order.  This can be done in the comments box.
